We want you to love your crystals. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
Since crystals are natural stones, minor variations in color, pattern, or size are not valid reasons for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review your request and share pickup/return instructions
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
